Share Christmas with families that otherwise wouldn’t have anything under their tree this year. We will be caring for families in the Lake Norman, Statesville and Catawba Valley areas.
How: Pick up a gift tag from a giving tree during any weekend service on November 26 & 27 or December 3 & 4. Or, request a tag online, and pick it up at a weekend service on December 3 & 4. Purchase the gift listed on the tag, and return it wrapped and with the original tag to The Cove. All gifts must be returned to The Cove by Sunday, December 11th.
Fill a shoebox with toys, personal care items and other small gifts, and make a huge impact on the life of a child in Honduras. Our very own Cove team will help deliver these boxes in February, meeting the physical needs of these children while sharing the Good News of Jesus with them.
How: Pick up an empty box at any weekend service. Using the suggested items list, fill your box and return the filled box to The Cove with $5 which will help pay for shipping to Honduras. All shoeboxes must be returned to The Cove by Saturday, December 24.
Contribute financially. Your financial gifts, above your regular tithes and offerings to the General Ministry Fund and Growth Fund, help ensure that The Cove will be able to continue reaching people and introducing them to Jesus.
How: After prayerfully considering what God would have you to do, pick up a contribution envelope from the offering boxes located in the atrium. Please make sure to indicate on the envelope that this gift is for Christmas at The Cove.
