Meet the Nkambule Family. This is the family that the Cove Church help fund a home for and our team has been working on the past couple of days. The household is made up of five siblings; however, the oldest brother, Thulani (21 years old), has recently left the house, and it is unknown if he will return. The head of the house is now 14 year-old Phindile. She cares for her three siblings, Fana (11 years old), Sunnyboy (7 years old) and Sipho (3 years old).
The Nkambule's live in a one room shack and have essentially no source of income. Both parents have passed away.
As of today their new cinder block home is expected to be completed within 2 - 3 weeks.
